Content & Anti-Trafficking Policy

LuckyDate is committed to operating a safe and lawful platform. This policy explains how we monitor content and the measures we maintain to prevent human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
AI personas, not real people
The companions on LuckyDate are AI-generated characters. No real people perform, model, or provide any services through the platform, and no real-person sexual services are advertised, arranged, or facilitated. Because no real individuals are depicted or perform, the platform's exposure to trafficking and exploitation is materially reduced.
Adults only (18+)
Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Every user must confirm they are 18 or over before creating an account. Any content that sexualises or references minors is strictly prohibited and blocked.
How we monitor content
We combine automated and human review:
- An automated safety filter runs on 100% of user messages, blocking content involving minors, self-harm, illegal activity, and violence.
- User-uploaded images are subject to limits and review; prohibited imagery is removed.
- Users can report inappropriate or suspicious behaviour at any time.
- Accounts involved in prohibited activity are suspended or terminated.
Zero tolerance for trafficking and exploitation
We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, and CSAM. Where such activity is suspected or detected:
- We preserve all relevant records and evidence.
- We report CSAM to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
- We report suspected trafficking to the relevant national law-enforcement body.
- We cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities.
