What to write about
Use the same address for everything. We triage on our side:
- Account & billing — login problems, credit issues, charges, refunds.
- Privacy & data — questions about your data, requests under GDPR / CCPA, anything we keep about you. You can also do data export and account deletion in one click from the Account page.
- Safety — report a bug, a chat that crossed a line, or anyone impersonating LuckyDate off-platform. Include screenshots if you have them.
- Press & partnerships — same address, mention it in the subject line.
