1. Who can use LuckyDate

LuckyDate is an entertainment platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the service.

2. What LuckyDate is — clear AI disclosure

The companions on LuckyDate are AI-generated characters, not real people. Every profile, photo, message, voice note, sticker, gift response, and reaction is produced or directed by automated systems (including large language models) operated by LuckyDate. Names, cities, ages, hobbies, and life stories are fictional and exist only inside the app.

Companions will never meet you in person, send you money, accept money, share contact details for outside platforms, or receive physical gifts. If a companion ever appears to do any of those things it is roleplay only. LuckyDate is not a dating agency, introduction service, or marketplace for real-world meetings.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your password, and let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You can change your password at any time using the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use LuckyDate to harass, threaten, defame, solicit minors, share illegal or non-consensual content, attempt to extract personal information about other users, or try to circumvent our moderation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Payments and credits

Some features are paid and consume in-app credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are generally non-refundable once used. Buying credits is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will never apply retroactively to credits you already own.

6. Content

Messages and profile content you submit belong to your account. By submitting them, you grant LuckyDate a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content so the service can function (for example, so the AI can read previous messages to keep a conversation coherent).

7. Your data — export and deletion

You can download a copy of all the data we hold about you, or permanently delete your account, at any time from the Account screen. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, chat history, transactions, and analytics records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or create legal or safety risk for other users.

9. Disclaimers

LuckyDate is provided “as is”. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unexpected; do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emotional-crisis advice. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
